Licensing

At Intellichoice Mortgage Services, our strategic focus is to service the Southwestern United States.  We are currently licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah and have started the process to obtain a license in Nevada.  Furthermore, we are also licensed to originate both FHA (#23768-0000-9) and VA (#636637-00-00) loans.
